Gallery: Smiles with Porcelain Veneers and Crowns

This patient had been between dentists for too long and developed some large cavities. After treating the dental disease and implementing appropriate preventive procedures, the final step was to treat the front teeth. The patient whitened and then we placed a combination of porcelain veneers and porcelain/zironia crowns on 6 teeth. The result speaks for itself!

This patient's three tooth bridge needed to be replaced. She wanted whiter, more uniform teeth, the elimination of the grey edge and more symmetry between the tooth lengths on the right and left sides. Treatment involved gum grafts and a gum lift, placement of an implant where there had been a missing tooth, whitening, and then three porcelain veneers, two porcelain/zirconia crowns and one porcelain fused to gold crown. Implant and gum procedures by Dr. Bobby Butler.

Initially, Jim wanted to improve the appearance of his short tooth. A previous dentist had treated him with one veneer. Dr. Chyz recommended a gum graft, a gum lift and whitening prior to making a new veneer. After whitening, Jim decided that he wanted more teeth treated to further enhance his smile. In the end, Jim received 10 porcelain veneers. The gum procedures were carried out by Dr Bobby Butler.

Sheryl's before picture came 10 years after her first set of 4 veneers. The upper 4 front teeth are porcelain veneers, matched to very dark natural teeth. The before picture was taken after lower whitening and after orthodontic treatment. Shery'ls treatment included braces, whitening and then the treatment of 8 teeth with porcelain veneers or crowns.
